Has anyone purchased a vehicle from DriveTime, with a loan through their finance company, Bridgecrest?
I made the mistake of entering into a horrible loan contract with them, one that should be illegal. I bought a $20K car in 2016. Right now, I have paid about $8K in principal, almost $14K in interest and still owe around $12K. The car is also a lemon, because within 2 months of purchase, I needed major repairs. In total to day, I have paid out of pocket almost $10K in repairs. They say they cannot do anything and that I could refinance with a different company to get out of it. I will be going to the BBB and the county Chamber of Commerce, and maybe getting an attorney. Anybody know a good attorney for this kind of stuff?
